Randy Ferguson

Mr. Ferguson is currently the Chief Operating Officer of a large Western Canadian property development company, and has over 30 years experience in property management and leasing, asset management, development, acquisitions and dispositions. From 2002 through 2007 Randy held the Senior Vice President of an Edmonton based Real Estate Management and Development Company with assets and development in three provinces and more than 500 employees.  Randy is a dedicated professional with a strong sense of community and a tireless promoter of Edmonton. Randy Currently Chairs the Board of Directors of Edmonton Economic Development Corporation, sits on the Board of Expo 2017 and is an active participant in a number of charitable and community initiatives.

Bruce Geiger, LL. B

Mr. Bruce Geiger is a partner with Miller Thomson LLP and provides practical, cost effective advice which is solution oriented to best serve the business sector. His experience includes a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, financings, real estate, bankruptcy/insolvency, general contract matters, and corporate reorganizations, as well as charitable and not-for-profit ventures. Membership in the Canadian Bar Association has led to participation in the Intellectual Property Law, Business Law and Taxation Law subsections of the Association. Most notably, Mr. Geiger held a senior role with a multi-million dollar internet company that provided hosted applications, and made significant contribution in the sale of this company to a US-based publicly traded company.

James D. Greer

Mr. Greer is currently the President of Gold Coast Professional Schools, one of the United State’s largest private professional licensing schools. Gold Coast offers pre-license, post license and continuing education to a number of different professions. Mr. Greer has more than 17 years experience including classroom and distance education curriculum development, regulatory compliance, managing multiple locations. Mr. Greer is an active member of the Florida Bar and also holds many other professional licenses.

Matthew Grieve

Matthew Grieve is the President of Maggnum Ventures Inc., an investment company based in Calgary.  Mr. Grieve started his career in real estate with Oxford Property Group and Westcorp Properties before founding Maggnum Ventures Inc. He is also President of Kamandor Holdings Ltd .,a family holding company with an investment portfolio that includes hotel, real estate and other varied investment interests. Matthew is a member of the Calgary chapter of EO , a dynamic, global network of more than 6,600 business owners in 38 countries.  Matthew is a graduate of Neuchatel Junior College in Switzerland and he holds a BA from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario.

Ross Grieve

Mr. Grieve recently stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer of PCL Constructors Inc., a position he held for over twelve years of a forty year career at PCL, to assume the position of Executive Chairman.  PCL is the largest general contracting organization in Canada and the 7th largest in the United States, with average annual billings exceeding $6.0 billion.  Recent awards include Consumers Choice – Businessman of the Year 2004, University of Alberta – 2005 Canadian Business Leader of the Year Award, Alberta Venture Magazine – 2006 Alberta’s Business Person of the Year, 2007 Junior Achievement of Northern Alberta and Northwest Territories Business Hall of Fame Inductee, the 2008 University of Regina Business Leadership Award, and the 2009 Canada’s Outstanding CEO of the Year™ sponsored by National Post, Deloitte, and the Caldwell Partners.

Mikel J. Harry Ph.D.

Dr. Harry has been widely recognized and cited in many publications as the principal architect of Six Sigma and the world's leading authority within this field. His most recent book entitled Six Sigma: The Management Strategy Revolutionizing the World’s Top Corporations has been on the best seller list of the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, and Amazon.com. He has consulted many of the world’s top CEOs and has been a featured guest on such television programs as the NBC show Power Lunch. In addition, he has been distinguished by Arizona State University with the 2002 Engineering Excellence Award for superb achievements in the engineering profession and notable contributions to society. Dr. Harry’s current initiative is the MindPro™ training application (http://www.sixsigmamindpro.com/), a computer based training platform that delivers Dr. Harry’s expertise to individuals and corporation around the world. Dr. Harry has partnered with ProExams to provide certification testing for this product.

Brent Horn, CA

Mr. Horn is CEO of the Edmonton Trailer Group and is responsible for overseeing the financial operations for the entire group. Mr. Horn’s experience prior to joining the  Edmonton Trailer group included partnership in an Edmonton based Accounting practice for six years specializing in advising small to medium sized business and the position of Chief Financial Officer for an industry leading internet company.
